Brass plated steel cord which is made from high carbon steel high-strength strands,is the inside reinforcement structure for radial tire.With strong coating,nice surface quality,average mechanical property,full stress relieving,the steel cord are widely used in radial tires.
Component and Types Of Steel Cord
Hengxing can produce steel cord for many types of radial tire,including compact cord,high elongation cord,high impact cord.
The cord component as picture showing
1 is filament used as an individual element in a strand or cord Standard ,filament diameter are available 0.15/0.175/0.20/0.22/0.27/0.28/0.30/0.35/0.38 mm.
2 is strand combined together to form a unit product for further processing.
3 is cord composed of two or more filaments when used as an end product,or a combination of strands or filaments and strands.
4 is wrap wound helically around steel cord.

Production Workshop
To ensure extreme precision and excellent performance of steel wire, hengxing group utilizes advanced production and control equipment in the world. Lubricants from France and drawing mold from Sweden to keep lower temperature and enough smoothness for better precision and surface quality. Germany electronic flowing measurement and Siemens temperature adjuster keep lubricant in needed state.
