Raw Material
Our raw material is high carbon wire rod SWRH82B and SWRH77B.
We mainly purchase the most excellent wire rod from the famous steel group in China.
Production Process And Work Shop
Hengxing currently having 6 PC steel cable production lines,with annual 220000 tons for PC steel cable.Process as below :
Raw Materials（tested wire rod）→ Surface Treatment →First Drawing→ Strand(9 times drawing) → Stabilizing Treatment→ Rust-Proof And Coiling→ Packing

DCL Test Report of PC Steel Strand Applicable for Middle-east Countries Quality Standard
Each coil is strapped by steel bands at 8 places, fully wrapped with anti-rust plastic & P. P woven sheet with pallet and strapped again by steel bands at 6 places.
The products are mainly for the use of prestressed concrete structure reinforced. Such as Post tensions slabs, prestressed girders, double-tee, hollw core slabs,large-span bridges on railway and highway, stay cable,overhead crane beam, rock-soil anchoring Project, multi-storey industrial buildings,stadiums,coal mines,nuclear power plants, DAMS and etc.
