Stay Wire is available in various sizes of either wire rope or stranded galvanised steel to suit various stay designs.Stay Wires are galvanized steel wire strands that are used for sustaining mechanical load.
STAY WIRE AND EARTH WIRE
Stay Wire and earth wires are made from stranded galvanised high carbon steel wires. They comprise of 3 to7 strands of such wires. All steel strands are smooth, uniform and free from imperfections such as die-marks, scratches, abrasion after drawing and also after standing. The material is then suitably packed before dispatch on wooden drum as per customer's requirement.
Size range: 6.30mm to 1.60mm diameter
Coating range: Zinc coated, light, medium and heavy
Tensile Strength range: 45Kgs/ sq.mm to 180 Kgs / sq.mm
Specification: As per BS 183 / IS 12776/ BS 443

RAW MATERIAL OF STAY WIRE
Our raw material is high quality carbon steel hot rolled wire rod according to the standard GB/T4354-2008 .
The chemical composition of the steel conforms to the GB/T699-1999 standard.

PRODUCTION WORKSHOP
There are 10 sets of galvanizing production line ,20 complete set of drawing and stranding lines.The produce process of the galvanized steel wire is following as below:
Drawing process:Surface treatment- Drying - Drawing - -Tension Control-winding
Galvanized process:Washing - Drying - Hot Galvanized - Spooling
Stranding process:stranding-Spooling-Inspection-Packing

With comprehensive testing equipment and advanced testing techniques to every processing, we control processing quality timely to ensure all parameters with strict standard to finish qualified products.

PACKING
Usually in coils and wooden reel packing with water-proof cloth and hemp bag for steel trand .Or according to customer's needs.
Weight:7*（1.44-2.2）＜1400kg ;7*（2.01-4.2）＜1610kg ; 19*（1.44-3.5）＜3000kg;37*（1.44-3.5）＜8000kg.
APPLICATIONS OF STAY WIRE
A common use for stay wires is in the electricity industry,using the wire to stay power poles and tower structures. Stay wire is made in compliance with BS 183 or other customer specified specifications. It can be supplied in coils/ drums as per requirement.
