Our raw material is high quality carbon steel hot rolled wire rod according to the standard GB/T4354-2008 .

There are 10 sets of galvanizing production line ,20 complete set of drawing and stranding lines.The produce process of the galvanized steel wire is following as below:
Drawing process:Surface treatment- Drying - Drawing - -Tension Control-winding
Galvanized process:Washing - Drying - Hot Galvanized - Spooling
